ROADSIDE ASSISTANCE BENEFITS
The benefits of Land Rover Assistance are available throughout the new vehicle warranty period. A Land Rover technician can usually solve the problem at the roadside. If not, we’ll take your vehicle to a Land Rover Approved Service Centre and organise and pay for your onward travel. In some circumstances, we’ll pay for hotel accommodation.
ACCIDENT REPAIR
The Accident Services Programme gives you access to our network of repair centres. The specialists at these centres undergo comprehensive, certified training to deal with everything from minor blemishes to major collision damage. We are committed to making sure your Land Rover is restored to the highest standards.

Vehicles in GSR II markets and/or NCAP markets will revert to 'High' mode at every ignition cycle. Vehicles in other markets will revert to 'Custom' every ignition cycle. Regardless of market, the driver-selected settings made in 'Custom' mode will be remembered by the vehicle. GSRII (General Safety Regulation II) is a safety legislation which came into force for new models in 2022 and will apply to already-launched models in 2024.

HOW TO CHARGE YOUR ELECTRIC VEHICLE
When it comes to charging, life couldn’t be simpler. Here’s everything you need to know about getting the power to go electric every day.
CHARGING CONNECTORS
To connect to a charging point, your Range Rover uses a Combined Charging System (CCS). This is compatible with slower AC charging speeds, and on selected models, rapid DC charging speeds. Some other car manufacturers use different systems for charging such as CHAdeMO. These are incompatible with Range Rover electric vehicles.
AC CHARGING
The top part of your vehicle’s CCS inlet is used for AC charging (up to 7kW). The connectors that fit into this are known as a Type 2 connectors and compatible with your home charger, public AC charging points and domestic plug sockets.
RAPID DC CHARGING
On selected models, the lower half of your vehicle’s CCS inlet features two pins that combine with three of the pins above to provide rapid DC charging (up to 50kW) typically on motorways and main roads. The two lower pins can be accessed by removing the lower socket cover.
CHARGING CABLES
Your vehicle is compatible with three types of charging cables for different power sources.
PUBLIC AND WALL BOX AC CHARGING CABLE (MODE 3)
A Mode 3 charging cable connects your vehicle to home chargers (wall box) and public AC charging points. It features a Type 2 connector at both ends.
TETHERED RAPID DC CHARGING CABLE
A rapid DC charging cable is always attached to public charging points on motorways and main roads, so there’s no need to use your own cable. To charge, the cable’s connector must be plugged into both parts of your vehicle’s CCS inlet.
DOMESTIC PLUG CHARGING CABLE (MODE 2)
The Mode 2 charging cable connects your vehicle to domestic sockets using a Type 2 connector on one end and a domestic plug on the other.

ACTIVATE YOUR INCONTROL ACCOUNT
To benefit from your Range Rover’s connected services and subscriptions, it’s important that you first set up your InControl account and register your vehicle2.
Doing so will give you access the features at the heart of your Range Rover’s infotainment system, including Bluetooth media, hands-free calls3, live traffic, navigation and charging destination mapping. To enable connectivity, please ensure your SIM card is installed and activated during set up.
HELPFUL FEATURES FOR SMARTER CHARGING
MAXIMISE YOUR EV RANGE WITH PRECONDITIONING
Preconditioning allows you to heat or cool your cabin and battery while your Range Rover is plugged in. This uses energy from the mains and preserves the energy in the battery to maximise driving range.

OFF-PEAK ELECTRICITY TARIFFS
Plugging in overnight will keep your charging routine simple and help you benefit from the lower EV tariffs offered by many home energy providers. Using your vehicle’s ‘preferred charging period’ function means you can charge during the off-peak electricity window.

ELECTRIC HYBRID DRIVING MODES
THE POWER TO SUIT YOUR SURROUNDINGS
Explore the driving modes that switch your Range Rover electric hybrid from electric to petrol at the touch of a button.
HYBRID MODE
Your default driving mode automatically selects between the petrol engine and electric battery to meet the power and torque required for your journey.
ELECTRIC VEHICLE (EV) MODE
Manually selected by a button on your console, EV mode maximises your time spent using electric power. The system will automatically introduce the petrol engine if more power is required than is available through electricity alone.
OPTIMISING YOUR FUEL ECONOMY
When in the default driving mode (Hybrid) you can optimise fuel economy or battery charge by utilising one of two alternative charge management functions.
SAVE FUNCTION
Manually selected through the vehicle’s Touchscreen, the Save function prevents the battery charge dropping below your chosen level. On selected models, this function also allows the battery to be recharged on the move. This allows you to preserve quiet, zero-emission travel for a later point in the journey.
PREDICTIVE ENERGY OPTIMISATION (PEO) FUNCTION
Entering a destination in your navigation system will automatically engage your vehicle’s PEO function. By using geographical data to predict the road ahead, PEO intelligently switches between the electric motor and petrol engine to maximise fuel economy throughout the journey. This also minimises tailpipe emissions in urban areas.
REGENERATIVE BRAKING
Whichever mode you are driving in, once you lift your foot off the accelerator in your electric hybrid, the intelligent regenerative braking system comfortably slows the vehicle down while converting the power generated to optimise the battery’s range. Applying the brake increases the amount of power harvested.
