InControl is the technological heart of Land Rover’s cabin experience, delivering precise environment control, navigation, entertainment and security as well as peerless connectivity to the world. Depending on the InControl features you have purchased, you need to create an account and activate your selected InControl services.
HOW TO SET UP INCONTROL FEATURES
ACTIVATE INCONTROL PROTECT
In order to benefit from InControl Protect* services, you need to follow 3 simple steps to create your account online, register your vehicle and activate the InControl services you have purchased.
*On some models, InControl Protect is included within InControl Remote
SIM CARD INSTALLATION
In order to be able to use the InControl Connectivity features, such as Wi-Fi Hotspot and InControl Pro Services, you need to install a SIM card with a suitable data contract.
SET UP INCONTROL PRO SERVICES
InControl Pro Services presents a number of enhanced capabilities for InControl Touch Pro.
InControl Apps is available to download via the Apple App Store or Google Play for most Android and Apple iOS smartphones. Install InControl Apps to find compatible apps for your device.
Make sure your Navigation System is up-to-date by downloading the latest maps. Updating your maps ensures that the Navigation System holds the latest road layouts and points of interest – to present you with the best routes to reach your final destination.
InControl Secure uses tracking technology to alert you to an attempted theft, and signals your vehicle's location to the relevant authorities for a timely recovery.

LAND ROVER INCONTROL SUPPORT
As we roll out InControl, specific features described may be optional and market or powertrain dependent. Please consult your local Land Rover retailer for availability and full terms in your country. Certain features require an appropriate SIM with a suitable data contract, which will require a further subscription after the initial term advised by your retailer. Mobile connectivity cannot be guaranteed in all locations.
