Land Rover scored a hat-trick of victories at the 2016 ALG Canadian Residual Value Awards. Land Rover was named "Best Premium Brand", while Range Rover Sport and Land Rover Discovery Sport won "Best Midsize Utility Vehicle - 2 Row" and "Best Premium Compact Utility" respectively. ALG is a leading provider of insights and consulting services to the automotive industry, and has been forecasting residual values for all vehicles in the U.S. and Canada for 50 years.
ALG's 8th annual Canadian Residual Value Awards recognize automakers' outstanding achievements for vehicles that are predicted to retain the highest percentage of their original price after a three-year period for luxury brands and a four-year period for mainstream brands. Awards are given in 27 vehicle categories and also for the two brands with the highest overall predicted residual values among all mainstream and all premium vehicles.
