The Land Rover Care Plan Contract
Being a Land Rover Owner means many things – such as knowing that because you drive a Land Rover, you are part of an elite group of individuals whose vehicles are more capable, comfortable and powerful than anything else out there.
It also means that – with your unique Land Rover Care Plan - you can drive your Land Rover with peace of mind, knowing that service and maintenance repair costs will be covered for the duration of your Land Rover Care Plan Contract.
Land Rover Care Plan Contract: Quality Service and Superior Vehicle Maintenance
With a Land Rover Care Plan in place, you will be able to service your vehicle at any of our authorised
Land Rover Dealers in South Africa, Botswana or Namibia. Our standards are very high at each of these dealers, which means that no matter where you are, your Land Rover service or vehicle maintenance will be undertaken in a fully equipped workshop by a qualified technician.
Please note that the Care Plan is not applicable for the Defender. The Defender maintenance plan is available at your dealer at an additional cost.
Land Rover Care Plan Card
When your Care Plan is set up, you will be given a personalised Care Plan Card – which will act as your identification and passport, as it were, and would need to be presented when you service or repair your Land Rover.
The back of the Land Rover Care Plan Card contains vital information such as the contact details for Land Rover Assist
– which you will use in the case of a mechanical problem or even a medical emergency.

Scope and Terms of the Land Rover Care Plan
The Agreement is valid for 5 Years or 100 000km (whichever occurs the sooner), and is only applicable to MY10 vehicles. Please contact your Land Rover Dealer for more information, and the specifics of the agreement.
Please note that Defender models are not covered by the 5 year Care Plan, but still carry a 3 year/100,000km Warranty.
What is Covered in the Land Rover Care Plan Contract?
All costs arising from the regular maintenance and servicing of the vehicle according to the requirements prescribed by Land Rover in the vehicle´s Owner´s Handbook and Service Portfolio.
What is Not Covered by the Agreement?
The performance of any preventative checks, prescribed inspections, tests or other work which Land Rover deems necessary.
- Fuel
- Oils used for topping-up between services
- Accident damage and insurance
- Mechanical internal or external repairs (Body, Paint and Trim)
- Abuse and/or negligence
- Natural or civil factors beyond the control of Land Rover
