
What warranty does my vehicle have?
All Land Rover vehicles in the Middle East and North Africa region come with a 5 year 150,000 km's* vehicle warranty, together with a 3 year unlimited mileage paint surface warranty and a 6 year unlimited mileage corrosion (perforation) warranty.
What are my responsibilities regarding the benefits of the warranty?
The vehicle must be serviced in accordance with the manufacturers recommendations, whichever comes first: distance or time.
Do I automatically get a loan car if my vehicle requires a warranty repair?
There is not an automatic provision made, however, your local Land Rover Importer will be happy to accommodate your request wherever possible.
Is it possible to extend the warranty on my vehicle?
Yes, this is highly recommended. Land Rover provide an extra 12 or 24 months extended warranty to find out more information please contact your local Land Rover Importer.
What are the service intervals on my vehicle?
If you own a Defender or LR2 you should get your vehicle serviced every 10,000 km's or every 12 months depending on which comes first.
LR3 owners should get your vehicle serviced every 12,000 km's or 6 months, whichever comes first.
New model Range Rover has an automatic servicing indicator that will alert the driver when a service is required, however the recommendation is to service your vehicle every 12,000 km's.
What roadside assistance cover does my vehicle have?
New vehicles purchased from an authorised Land Rover Importer within the Middle East and North Africa region will come with a 5-year Land Rover Total Care Roadside Assistance.
What happens if I require roadside assistance when I am in another country?
Land Rover Total Care affords you similar cover should you be travelling in the Gulf, Levant or North Africa and can be contacted on +9714 3311130.
How do I obtain key codes or radio codes?
Any authorised Land Rover Importer will be able to provide this information. However they will require proof of ownership of the vehicle as well as a further piece of personal identification.
How do I let Land Rover know about a change in my personal details?
If your personal details change, please contact your local Importer. Owners of vehicles purchased after the 1st of January 2004 should also inform Land Rover Total Care Roadside Assistance.
