LRX Concept becomes reality
Land Rover has confirmed that a production version of its exciting LRX Concept car will be built and debut next year and join the Range Rover line-up in 2011. The new Range Rover will be the smallest, lightest and most efficient vehicle the company has ever produced.

Intelligent Stop/Start system
An intelligent Stop/Start system is now fitted as standard on all diesel manual Freelander models helping to reduce CO2 emissions by over 7% (from 194g/km to 179g/km), using EU combined cycle tests.
This is the first application of Land Rover's e_TERRAIN TECHNOLOGIES specifically to reduce CO2 emissions and improve fuel consumption.
