A tailgate mounted camera provides a rearward view of the vehicle through the Infotainment screen. Overlayed on the rear view image are dashed lines representing the perimeter of the vehicle and solid lines representing the predicted path of the vehicle based on the position of the steering wheel.  This system works in conjunction with the standard rear parking aid.
