Range Rover Sport was crowned Scottish SUV of the Year 2005, beating tough competition from the Volkswagen Touareg and Mercedes ML. The title was given by the Association of Scottish Motoring Writers (ASMW) who were more than impressed with its all-terrain pedigree and incredible on-road driving dynamics. "We loved this wonderfully talented and exceptionally luxurious British-built vehicle", said Ally Ballingall, President of the ASMW.
