Everyone from weekend sailors to the professional yachtsman looks forward to the Boat Show at Excel, on the banks of the River Thames. This year was no exception.

The 56th annual Tullett Prebon London International Boat Show in January featured a stunning array of 1,000 vessels, from fast cutters to 100-foot yachts.

The excitement wasn’t just confined to marine craft. Land Rover, the show’s official vehicle partner, showed some of its brand new models with new Range Rover Sport Autobiography drawing particular attention.

Well over 100,000 people visited the show to see the very latest boats and cars, and to enjoy the many spectacular events. These ranged from the Classic Boat display of traditional marine skills to the high-energy dance extravaganza ‘Rock the Boat’ and X-Factor stars performing live on the Show Stage.

The National Boat, Caravan & Outdoor Show at the NEC Birmingham is the biggest show for outdoor leisure in the country – featuring all that’s best on land and water.

This February, a impressive show featured the latest Land Rover models and towing accessories as well as a wide range of live activities and demonstrations.

As the show’s official vehicle partner, Land Rover showcased the first live demonstration of the Tow Assist feature on Discovery 4. While the Caravan Club’s 'Learn How to Tow' activity featured Discovery 4 in a well-attended, live learning experience. Land Rover also proudly launched the innovative "TrailAir" aid. This innovation helps with towing by using a unique all-in-one tyre pressure monitoring and hitching aid system incorporating leading edge technology.

Hundreds of Land Rover drivers visited the
Land Rover Experience  stand. There are eight specially-designed Experience Centres across the UK, where drivers can learn and practise off-road driving techniques to help them get more out of Land Rover’s advanced performance and safety technologies.

With last year’s show a resounding success, Motorexpo 2010 is expanding to encompass four of the world's leading cities – Los Angeles, London, Toronto and New York. There'll be an estimated one million business professionals and car enthusiasts attending.

This summer, the 15th annual London Motorexpo will transform Canary Wharf in the Docklands yet again, with dozens of the very latest models displayed both indoors and in the outdoor public areas of the Wharf.

Last year the stunning 2010 Land Rover range made its celebrated debut. This June, the full range will again be on display in Jubilee Park.

If you have a true spirit of adventure, you can take part in Up and Over, Walking Holes and Side Slopes in a Range Rover, Range Rover Sport or Discovery 4.

The thrills continue with events like the Ice Mat. Accompanied by an expert instructor you can show your how cool your driving skills are as you drive on ice by utilising Dynamic Stability Control, Terrain Response® and Traction Control.

Dates for the 2010 London Motorexpo have now been confirmed as Monday 7th – Sunday 13th June 2010. There’s no entrance fee, so you can just turn up and make the most of the free programme.

The Goodwood Festival of Speed is one of the most prestigious, stimulating and internationally renowned events on the motorsports calendar. Every year it draws a long list of manufacturers, discerning enthusiasts and petrolheads of all ages from across the globe.

Alongside the Land Rover exhibition stand, there'll be fascinating displays and some of the world's rarest customised cars – including those owned by Eric Clapton and Jeff Beck among others. Plus, there'll be special appearances from champion racing drivers, such as Formula 1's Jenson Button and WRC's six times winner Sebastian Loeb.

High performance cars and star drivers will be battling it out on the track and the action will also take place in the skies with the legendary air display.

Tickets are now available for the motorsports showcase event of the year.

The Farnborough International Airshow (FIA) is one of the world's most iconic global aviation events. Taking place every two years in July, the first five days of the show are traditionally reserved for aerospace industry buyers. In 2008, there were US$88.7 billion worth of orders announced during the show and a final tally of 153,000 visitors – a record-breaking year.

This year, Farnborough International Airshow will be held from 19-25th July 2010, with entry to the public on Saturday 24th and Sunday 25th.

This year, there’s a new venue for the world's largest event for country sports and outdoor pursuits. The CLA Game Fair will be held for the first time at Ragley Hall in Warwickshire from 24-26 July.

There’s something for every enthusiast, with a wide range of attractions from fishing and shooting through to dog training, equestrianism and local food production. Highlights include the Gunmaker's Row, Fisherman's Village, Gamekeepers' / Estate Management Row and Gundogs, Woodland Management and, of course, a chance to savour the elegant gardens.

Land Rover will once again be at the fair with a special Off-Road Arena Course, where you can experience our vehicles in an all-terrain environment. Additionally, Land Rover will be demonstrating Tow Assist in a live feature, including the cutting-edge 360 degress Surround Camera System to show how to manoeuvre with absolute precision.
