INTERIOR TECHNOLOGY
A network of computing power places a wealth of information and communication possibilities at your disposal, allowing superb command with the minimum of effort. The Range Rover is a superbly equipped vehicle, with a realm of useful, advanced technology from real-time vehicle feedback to touch-screen control, voice activated systems and Bluetooth® wireless communication.   The entertainment system has been further enhanced, with hybrid TV capable of receiving both analogue and digital channels available on certain models. In addition, the mid range speakers have been enlarged to make even better use of the 710 watt audio power available on the harman/kardon LOGIC7® sound system, for an audio experience that is truly exceptional.
7" touch-screen interface
Set into the facia is a powerful nerve centre. A high-resolution touch-screen and array of control buttons provides a centralised interface through which you can control and monitor almost every aspect of the vehicle. Satellite navigation, Personal Telephone Integration including Bluetooth, the rear DVD entertainment system, 4x4 information system and the optional wireless Land Rover VentureCam™ can all be accessed via this screen where fitted.
Satellite Navigation System
The Range Rover´s premium navigation system, standard on Vogue and Vogue SE,  guides you to your destination using a combination of map, text and voice instructions, with a single data DVD able to cover the whole of Western Europe. Now, you can even change destination on the move. The comprehensive system is capable of full off-road navigation too, featuring contoured maps so you´re always aware of your exact location and Waymarking to guide you home.
Enhanced Entertainment System
Where specified rear passengers can view DVDs, enjoy PlayStation gaming or watch television, with analogue and digital channels now available, on 6.5 inch colour screens in the front headrests. The headrest is now a standard size to improve both driver and passenger visibility. Independent control of sound via wireless headphones is available or 360° stereo sound can be selected via the 14 individual speakers of the harman/kardon LOGIC7® digital surround system. For an even better audio experience, four new, larger mid range door speakers and front door bass speakers are fitted. And now, an auxiliary jack plug has been added as standard, ready to play your MP3 player, via the vehicle´s in-car entertainment system.
Superb sound system
Standard option features a harman/kardon® 6-disc changer system, with 11 speakers. There is also a superb harman/kardon® digital surround system with LOGIC7® with 14 speakers available. Metal matrix cone technology produces sophisticated surround sound with up to 710 watts of digital amplification. This system also offers a 6-disc changer compatible with CDs and MP3 discs which can be controlled via touch-screen or voice control.
The Personal Telephone Integrated System with Bluetooth® allows calls to be made via voice control, steering wheel operation or touch-screen. You can also enter (or update) details into the vehicle´s phone book with the sound of your voice, and control the audio and navigation system via spoken command.

So if your compatible mobile phone includes Bluetooth technology, you´ll be able to make use of all the vehicle´s hands-free controls once your phone is registered with the system.

Rear view camera
Neatly integrated into the rear of the vehicle, the rear view camera provides extra assistance to make parking as easy as possible, and is available on HSE, Vogue and Supercharged vehicles. When reverse gear is engaged, it automatically transmits a wide-angle, colour image to the touch-screen in the front facia to show the rear view and surrounding area.
Real-time vehicle feedback system
The 4x4 interface, accessed through the colour touch-screen on the facia, provides real-time graphical indications of essential 4x4 information, to make driving in difficult conditions so much easier.  The display shows the direction of the front wheels, Air suspension height settings, activation of Hill Descent Control, Hi/Lo gear ratio selection, wheel articulation, compass settings and even live images from the VentureCam™ when fitted. In a further advancement, detailed feedback on the new Terrain Response™ settings is also viewable on-screen.

Land Rover VentureCam™
The Range Rover´s unique Land Rover VentureCam™ is an optional wireless video camera that can transmit a live colour picture from anywhere around the vehicle, including a trailer being towed. Its pictures appear on the facia-mounted touch screen, from where it can also be controlled. Rugged and waterproof, it has red LED lighting for use in the dark. With its powerful suction mount it opens up a multitude of possible applications from avoiding rocks and ruts when off-road, to keeping an eye on a horse when towing a horsebox.
