Eventing is the ultimate test of both horse and rider, and encompasses three disciplines: dressage, show jumping and cross country. It´s also one of a handful of events where men and women compete on equal terms – as World Champion Zara Phillips has emphatically proved. The Royal Windsor Horse Show is one of the highlights of the British equestrian and social calendar. In 2005, the show relocated to a new site within the Private area of Windsor Castle Home Park, the residence of Her Majesty The Queen. Burghley represents the pinnacle of international horse trials, one of the Grand Slam trio of world-leading equestrian events. Its´ cross-country course is one of the most challenging feats of endurance on the equestrian event calendar. So naturally, Land Rover is exceptionally proud to be the title sponsor of this event. We provide as many as 80 vehicles to ensure that it runs smoothly for the 150,000 visitors and hundreds of competitors.
