Q: How do I put myself on the mailing list for the owner magazine, Land Rover OneLife?

A: As a current Owner, you will receive this superb publication automatically once a year. To verify that Land Rover has your correct address, please call our Customer Relationship Center at 1-800-668-6257.


Q: How do I get a catalog or order Land Rover Gear?

A: Your Land Rover journey would not be complete without Land Rover Gear active wear and accessories. Land Rover Gear catalogs are available at your local Land Rover Retailer. You may also order Gear online at landroverusa.com/gear
Certified Pre-Owned

Q: What is the Land Rover Certified Pre-Owned Vehicles Program?


A: The Land Rover Certified Pre-Owned Program is a comprehensive program that provides all Land Rover Certified Pre-Owned vehicles with a 12-month/20,000*-km manufacturer´s certified pre-owned limited warranty. Land Rover Certified vehicles undergo a rigorous 140-point mechanical and appearance inspection prior to certification. Complimentary Roadside Assistance is also included.

*If a Certified Pre-Owned vehicle is purchased within its new-vehicle Limited Warranty timeframe, the 12-month/20,000-km limted warranty will be added to the end of any remaining manufacturer´s coverage.


Q: Can I buy additional coverage when my Certified Pre-Owned Vehicle warranty expires?

A: You can extend coverage if you purchase your Land Rover Certified Pre-Owned vehicle after its new-vehicle 48-month/80,000-km Limited Warranty has expired. An extended service contract called "Certified Plus" provides coverage for an additional 12 to 24 months.

Accessories

Q: How do I purchase Land Rover Vehicle Kit?


A: Land Rover vehicle accessories (known as Vehicle Kit) can be purchased and installed at any of our authorized Land Rover Retailers. Factory authorized Land Rover Vehicle kit is only available through an authorized Land Rover Retailer.
Warranty & Maintenance

Q: What types of warranty does Land Rover provide?


A: Land Rover offers the following Limited Warranty coverages:

New Vehicle Limited Warranty:
4 years/80,000 km
Corrosion: 6 years/unlimited mileage
Wear parts and service adjustments: Not covered by warranty

Limited Parts Warranty:
1 year/unlimited mileage on all repairs performed or parts installed at an authorized Land Rover Retailer. See your Retailer for details.

Certified Pre-Owned Limited Warranty:
All Land Rover Certified Pre-Owned vehicles are covered by a comprehensive 12-month/20,000-km Limited Warranty. Additionally, Certified Pre-Owned Land Rovers come with 24-hour Land Rover Roadside Assistance service.



Q: How can I obtain a service history of my Land Rover?

A: Your local Land Rover Retailer will be happy to provide you with the service history of your vehicle.

Disclaimer: Vehicle service history is proprietary information. It is at the discretion of individual authorized Land Rover Retailers to release this information to anyone other than the original owner.


Q: What are the recommended service intervals for my Land Rover?

A: To keep your Land Rover running at peak performance, follow the recommended maintenance schedule for your vehicle. Schedule and detailed information can be found in your Land Rover Passport to Service booklet.

Q: What are my Roadside Assistance benefits?


A: Land Rover Roadside Assistance is at your service 24 hours a day, seven days a week. You can count on it for complimentary flat-tire changes, battery jump-starts, lockout service, and fuel delivery, if you should run out of gas. Also included are trip-interruption benefits and computerized trip routing.

Land Rover 24-Hour Roadside Assistance provides emergency assistance whenever you need it, throughout the warranty period. In the unfortunate event of a new vehicle or Certified Pre-Owned related incident, your vehicle will be towed to the closest Land Rover Retailer for service. For vehicles within the new vehicle warranty or Certified Pre-Owned warranty, should the incident occur 80 or more kilometres from the Land Rover Owner´s primary residence, the Owner is entitled to limited and reasonable emergency travel expenses, to include food, lodging and alternate transportation, provided the owner has not reached the intended final destination. Roadside Assistance can be reached at 1-800-461-2325.
Importing & Exporting

Q: Does Land Rover have an Import/Export Compliance Program?


A: Land Rover does not have an Import/Export Program. If you are interested in importing your Canadian vehicle into the US, or importing your US vehicle into Canada, please contact Customer Relationship Center toll free at 1-800-668-6257. For all other requests for letters of compliance from Land Rover, please contact our Product Compliance Department via fax at 201-818-9781.
